Next Level AI Coaching operates as a paid SaaS platform. Refunds are managed exclusively through automated AI Refund Agents to ensure speed, consistency, and policy-based enforcement.
All purchases are eligible for a refund request within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Refunds are capped at a maximum of $100 USD per account, regardless of plan level, usage, or duration.
Approved refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and is outside platform control.
