Robert J. Moore is the Founder of Next Level Coaching Inc. and the architect behind the Next Level AI ecosystem. He is an AI systems architect, SaaS developer, and high-performance business coach who builds intelligent business infrastructure for entrepreneurs.
His life represents a complete transformation. Robert spent seven years living on the streets, seventeen years in and out of jail, and battled nearly two decades of alcohol and drug addiction. After rebuilding his life, he turned lived experience into disciplined execution, leadership development, and real-world business results. He is now twenty years clean and sober as of September 5th, 2025.
Robert has been featured twice in Forbes, appeared in USA Today, and has been recognized across major international media outlets. He has shared stages with global thought leaders including Les Brown, Jack Canfield, Armand Morin, Satish Verma, Marianne Pajan, and many other internationally recognized speakers and business leaders.
With more than fifteen years of coaching entrepreneurs and leaders, Robert developed a structured four-level coaching framework focused on clarity, execution, leverage, and authority. His work centers on helping business owners build scalable systems instead of relying on constant manual effort.
In addition to coaching, Robert designs and builds AI-enabled SaaS platforms and automation systems. He has engineered and deployed more than 800 AI-driven agents and automation systems used in real business environments. His platforms integrate AI with marketing systems, operations infrastructure, and intelligent decision frameworks for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
His accomplishments include holding a Guinness World Record, receiving the Global Recognition Award, winning the 2025 Canadian Choice Award in Business, and earning Platinum recognition in the 2025 CommunityVotes Awards for Professional Coaching.
